Artrings is a multifunctional complex, which composes a synergy of the project's elements, owing to the combination of various types of realty, united by modern art and common cultural constituents. Currently, 107 hotels of Saint Petersburg have been networked to the registration of foreign citizens system "Electronic courier" which makes it possible to register foreign guests in the migratory service during several minutes, not leaving the hotel. Due to the system "Electronic courier", the hotels' managements have got rid of the necessity to daily carry documents to the Federal Migratory Service departments or post-offices, where they have to pay minimum 118 rubles for the delivery of one document.

The 5th jubilee ceremony of the opening program of the season 2007-2008 "White Days" took place in the Mikhailovsky Castle, according to the press-cutting service of the investments and strategic projects Committee. The vice-chairman of the investments and strategic projects Committee Roman Starovoit delivered the opening speech at the opening of the ceremony. He noted that the program was functioning within the framework of "The program of development of Saint Petersburg as a tourists' center for 2005-2010"
